15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 15-days of receipt for a complete refund less original and return shipping charges. Return authorization is not required. Bullion items, and individual coins removed from their holders are not returnable. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned jewelry items.

Dates/years will be of our choice on certain coins and numismatic items when specific dates/years are not offered, specified, or listed, or in some instances, when specific dates/years have not been requested.

A $2.00 Small Order Fee is charged on orders less than $10.00.

Credit card orders are shipped to the card holders billing address only. No exceptions!

Personal Checks, Company Checks, and common Money Orders must clear before shipment. Please allow 7-10 banking days for clearance.

US Postal Money Orders, Official Bank Checks, Cashiers Checks, and Certified Checks receive faster shipment.

No sales tax on orders originating and shipping outside of Maryland.

Maryland state residents/delivery will have 5% sales tax added to the subtotal of their order. Maryland orders of coins and bullion items totaling $1000.00 or more are exempt from sales tax on those items only. All other items delivered within Maryland are taxable at any amount.

Dealers must have on file in our office a copy of their Sales & Use Tax License and completed Blanket Resale Certificate to avoid sales tax on purchases over $200.00 delivered within Maryland.

Shipments are made to US, as well as foreign addresses.  Foreign Customs Regulations may prohibit the shipment of certain items.  Foreign recipients will be responsible for all possible tariffs, duties, taxes, and brokers fees at their destination.

NOTE: Items ship as available. Selecting express or over-night services (Express Mail, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, etc.) does not guarantee same day shipment. Please verify stock availability when requesting time sensitive delivery via express or over-night services.
